BOOKED FOR GROUP EXPERIENCE
We’d love to welcome you to Studio 164 Falkirk for a relaxed, creative glass-fusing craft cafe where you’ll create your own unique piece of fused glass and enjoy a nice drink and snack amongst friends, family or colleagues. 🙂
Rhona will provide you with a selection of colourful glass (powder, frit, stringers, glass pieces and more!). We’ll have some pre-set designs for you to choose from or you can choose a simple design of your own. You can make one festive Christmas decoration, wreath or a glass hanging (festive or not – you decide!) for your window. Rhona will be there to help you get started and then you can relax and have some creative fun – think of it a little like collage or colouring with glass!
Once you’ve finished, your work will be fired in the kiln and ready a few days afterwards to take home and enjoy for years to come!
A small shop is also available at Studio 164, featuring garden mosaics by founder Rhona Duffy, along with mosaic kits, greeting cards and prints.
This glass fusing craft cafe is currently only available for group experiences at Studio 164 and it’s a great option for parties, team building and group experiences, including festive get-togethers – minimum number of partipants is 8 and maximum is 14 – contact us to find out more.
About our studio
Welcome to Studio 164 Falkirk. Our studio hosts community classes, workshops, exhibitions, meet-ups, pop-ups, and more, providing a hub for creativity and connection in the Falkirk area. As the home of Mosaic & Glass, we primarily offer opportunities to learn from local and international mosaic and glass creators. We’re currently expanding our programme, welcoming regular tutors from a wider range of creative fields, while still keeping the venue available to hire for other uses. It’s a welcoming space for teaching, learning, connection, creativity, and sharing. So whether you’re looking to hold your own event, or you’re interested in trying something new, we invite you to be part of our growing creative community.
